Benefits
Lifeline Connections strives to be your employer of choice with a competitive compensation package, CEU assistance, access to clinical supervision and training, discounts on personal cell phone plans, discounted gym memberships and so much more!

MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION
Lifeline Connections covers 75% of medical, dental, and vision costs for eligible employees and their dependents. Employees enjoy a medical plan with no co-pays or deductibles. Employees are eligible to enroll in the cafeteria style benefits plan on the first of the month following 60 days of regular full time employment.

CREDENTIAL REIMBURSEMENT
Lifeline Connections will reimburse any new hire for the total cost of required WA State credentials if paid within six months prior to hire date. Additionally, all employees will receive up to $200 on an annual basis for professional license and/or credentials. Employees are also provided incentives to obtain both a chemical dependency professional and mental health professional credential.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
Lifeline Connections provides full and part-time employees tuition reimbursement to be used towards a pre-approved degree or certification program.

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
PTO is provided by Lifeline Connections for the purpose of providing rest and relaxation for employees who work in a sometimes stressful social service atmosphere. Accrual starts after three months of regular employment and is calculated based on the employee’s regular hire date. Full time employees will accrue over three and a half weeks of paid time off during their first year of employment.* Accrual rates increase proportionately with years of service.
Ten paid holidays and three personal holidays per year* are also awarded for employees to use at their discretion.

SERIOUS HEALTH CONDITION LEAVE
Serious health condition leave banks have been created to be used for serious illness or injury requiring 40+ hours out of the office with a physician’s note and can be used for self or family care. After completing the second year of employment forty hours* are placed in the employee’s serious health condition leave bank. Employees accrue an additional 40 hours each year thereafter.
*Time off accruals are prorated for employees scheduled for less than full time hours.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Both the dependent care and healthcare flexible spending account allow employees to save money in taxes by setting aside a certain amount of their paycheck on a pre-tax basis to cover dependent and healthcare expenses incurred throughout the year.

RETIREMENT ACCOUNT
All employees 21 years and older are eligible to participate in the 401(K) and Roth 401(K) plans administered by Vanguard after 6 months of service. Lifeline matches your before-tax contributions dollar for dollar up to 3%.
