The Integrated Mental Health Therapist II provides diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment. The Integrated Mental Health Therapist II provides brief, strength based, and solution-focused services to adults, children, and families, and will assist with emotional and behavioral stabilization, including but not limited to suicide prevention, de-escalation of patients and/or referral for crisis services when needed. Also, provides motivational-based wellness coaching, works with patients to create self-management goals, and helps patients increase their level of motivation to meet goals.

Education Requirements: Graduate Degree

Salary Range: $47,608.70 annually


Job Requirements


  • Master’s Degree in counseling, nursing, and/or social services related field.
  • Must meet the criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) regulations.
  • Must hold and maintain an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a behavioral health or managed care organization, social services entity, or closely related field, in private or public operations.
  • Must obtain a current CPR certification within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Proficient in computer use and applications commonly used or applied in this field/trade/position for the development of reports, documents, presentations and access/utilize databases for care management and Microsoft Office software.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Pass and maintain a clear background record as required for healthcare organization under state and federal contracts.


  • Professional licensure as a LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A.
